"Even in disbelief I still end up praising Him"

When
at this moment, I am asking myself
'what if God doesn't exist?
'what if I'm believing wrongly?'
What if these are just fiction that the world is trying to adopt for us to have a better world to live in?'

So many 'what ifs'

But you know what I ended up doing?

Got hold of some praise and worship songs and listened to
Hillsong instead.

Yes.
Even in disbelief I still end up praising and wanting Him more.

This is not me.

Must be the spirit in me.

Thank you Jesus for keeping me.
You are the Light that shines in me.

Let me share some comments I got from my facebook friend Sharon
when I posted the title on this blog as my stats.

"Reminds me of the story of John the Baptist.. the one who came before Christ.. who wittnessed to his coming and spoke about Him in ways that could only have been completely of the Holy Spirit.. He too in prison wondered.. hearing of what the Messiah was doing.. sent his disciples to ask JESUS "Are you the one who is to come"..
John saw Jesus and ... Read Morespoke with heavenly authority.... yet in hard times.. he too asked..
It is so easy to wonder isn't it not seeing with our eyes.. and also hearing and wittnessing all that is going on in our earth right now.. but yet the LORD beckons us to believe and stand firm to what He has said.. and promised that as believers there would be signs following.. So we too must see and strenghthen our hearts in these times..
In response, Jesus did not preach a sermon about belief, pray for them, give them an electronic sermon, or hand them a book. Jesus simply performed many miracles!!

And He answered and said to them, “Go and report to John what you have seen and heard: the BLIND RECEIVE SIGHT, the lame walk, the lepers are cleansed, and the deaf hear, the dead are raised up, the POOR HAVE THE GOSPEL PREACHED TO THEM. (NASB) Luke 7:22

Sorry about the long response.. it just came to my heart as you said that.. and also it ... Read Moreencourages me too as I looked at the scriptures.. I am praying so much for miracles because I have loved ones around me who do not yet believe.. It is hard not to get down about it and also wonder how to show them.. but I truly see that if I just believe I too can do what Jesus did.. THAT is exciting.. and another scripture comes to mind.. LOL but I can be long winded LOL.. best finish up here and hope that this encourages you also..

  3. Thanks for your comments anonymous..Yeah RELIGION is a SHAm,
but being with JESUS is not. It is a relationship.
Jesus is a friend for weak adults. Yes. For if one is strong..He doesn't need HIm..
I onced thought I didn;t need Jesus in this world. But when I became so sickly, that's when I needed Him the most and healed me.
For now, you may not need Him. But when the time comes that you need a miracle..in your health..in your relationships..in your finances. Just call on Him. Because if you don't believe Him at first and yet called on His name.. He will come to your rescue..Trust me.
    Hava a nice day!:)
Peace to you my dear friend.
