Got Terminated Because Of One Missed Call ( Episode 1)

Guess what, I have just been terminated from my work effective 9th March.

It all started from one missed call which happened after office hours...around 10.32pm on Friday, 4th of April .I have blogged about the incident here.

Anyways, I have checked on the employee's rights of Singapore and it never stated that a company can terminate any employee anytime because of a "quarrel" unless one has damaged some company's property or have stolen their money thereon.

In short, my company terminated me without valid grounds.

My friends and other colleagues find it unfair.
Of course to me? It's unfair!

I may have lost my temper too but I don't deserve this kind of treatment, right?

I can go to Mom and complain anytime but hey, hold on ....this is not the point of my blog..lolx!

This blog is not a howto revenge reference. This blog is about to show you the real world and then out of that real world, hoping a real you will rise up..

A real you that you could be proud of even if some people have stepped down on you!

I am now basing on my own experience.
Geeesh! My life has become so exciting lately. Don't you think?

You see minor or major fights can happen anytime, anywhere.
I have learnt, you can choose whatever you want to choose to do BUT
the sad part is that you can never choose the consequence. Ouch for that!

Anyways, the damage has been done.
I accept I too have my own faults...one of which was not being able to
control my temper... :/

Undeniably, when faced of this kind of situation you gotta keep moving forward and convince yourself that negative/ bad things that happen in our lives have their own reasons. And they are visible to soon become a blessing in disguise. You'll know what I mean if time moves on and you will look at this moment, smiling telling yourself, " oh I'm glad that happened, or else I woudn't be experiencing this." (I'm telling you this now because you are a child of God. And things are happening for you.)

This moment of my life is what I call "shaking".
Like when in a plane, it's like turbulence giving you a feel that you're gona crash.

How would you react if you're Boss would tell you "You are terminated!"

Of course it hurts.

The next thing that would pop out in your mind is probably,
"Oh noooo, I'm out of job! How am I gona pay my bills???"

Ok relax...

This was my reaction when I learnt that I was terminated.

I cried. (hahaha) it's healthy to cry you know!

However I felt it was the best move.

I could no longer get along with this particular colleague so I guess
it's time to move on.
And I have been in my company for almost 4 years now.
I guess it's time to let go.

Of course the second thought really came in,
"Oh noooo! How am I gona pay may bills???"

Then came in the next thought, " am I so bad?? "

Then feelings of inferiority complex, insecurities, doubts, depression
almost came dashing in like a tsunami BUT I have stopped it.

How?

By getting back at God's words.

I blocked it with this verse.

"No instrument of war which is formed against you will be of any use; and every tongue which says evil against you will be judged false. This is the heritage of the servants of the Lord, and their righteousness comes from me, says the Lord."

Isaiah 54: 17

And this one...

"For I know the plans I have for you,” declares the LORD,
“plans to prosper you and not to harm you,
plans to give you hope and a future."

- Jeremiah 29:11

Beauuuutiful right?

Thank you Lord. I believe in Your promises.
I know You shall deliver us from all these.

Wooow!

So now, if you're having troubled times and is ready to give up.
I say DON'T.

Get back to the words of God..Though you may not feel that He is there for you well just ignore that feelings. Because feelings can deceive you.
His words and promises are for real.
And they are there to remind you that He is alive!

Keep this verse in your pocket and read it again and again
until you feel the peace inside.

I feel so much better now..

Thank you Jesus!
It's time to pass my cv. :)
