Jesus is Your Peace

Then He arose and rebuked the wind, and said to the sea, "Peace, be still!" and the wind ceased and there was a great calm. But He said to them, "Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?" - Mark 4:39-40

See The Abundance Within You

See The Abundance Within You

Luke 17:21
21… For indeed, the kingdom of God is within you.”

When you were younger, were you often scolded for not finishing all your food or leaving the lights and fan on when you left your room? Were you constantly reminded that there are people starving in the world, that electricity costs a lot of money and that money doesn’t grow on trees? Now, do you find yourself telling your child the same things?

We are naturally conscious of lack, but Jesus isn’t. Even in the midst of lack, He was always conscious of abundance. Remember the little boy’s five loaves and two fish? What did Jesus do when these were placed in His hands? Did He say, “What do you expect Me to do with so little?” No, His eyes were not on the natural, the visible, the lack. His eyes were on the kingdom of God where there is always abundance. So in His hands, the little boy’s lunch was multiplied, and 5,000 men, not counting women and children, were fed that day! (John 6:1–13)

God doesn’t want you to be conscious of the lack in your natural circumstances. He doesn’t want you to live by how much you earn or how much you have in the bank. Now, I am not encouraging you to spend foolishly beyond your means. I am saying that God wants you to be conscious of the abundance of resources in His kingdom.

“But Pastor Prince, where is that kingdom?”

As long as you have received Jesus as your Savior, that kingdom is in you!

Jesus said that “the kingdom of God is within you”. This means that the kingdom of God is not some physical place. It is within you and it is where the abundance of resources is. So if you want to experience abundance in your life, be conscious first of the abundance inside you. Then, what is inside you will become a reality on the outside.

Beloved, God doesn’t want you to be conscious of the lack you see outside you. He wants you to be conscious of the abundance within you because His kingdom is within you!

Today’s Bread Is Not For Tomorrow

I am learning to trust God now whatever it takes.
This is going to be a good habit. I know.

Hebrews 11:1 says, “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not yet seen.”

After several years of soul-searching, everything has come to fruition and
now it's time to use my Faith to someone that I know who is not going to fail me.

Yes! That is God..and Jesus!

It's better this way..

No stress and just fun!

Sharing another powerful message from Pastor Joseph Prince.

Enjoy and be blessed!

----Today’s Bread Is Not For Tomorrow----

Matthew 6:11
11Give us this day our daily bread.

Doctors have discovered that worry, stress, fear and anxiety can cause stomach ulcers, high blood pressure and other health problems. The Bible says that a merry heart does good like medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones. (Proverbs 17:22) It also says that God wants us to prosper and be in health, even as our soul prospers. (3 John 1:2)

When our church was much smaller, I used to worry a lot about my sermons weeks before I even preached them! I was so stressed that I developed symptoms in my body. Two doctors checked me on separate days and found my blood pressure to be very high. Other tests found traces of blood in my urine. I even had mild panic attacks. I believe that the devil was trying to undermine my ministry and destroy me.

But praise God, He delivered and healed me, and taught me not to worry. Today, the church is a lot bigger and I have learnt by the grace of God not to worry. The verse that set me free was this: “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow…” (Matthew 6:34) You see, if you worry about tomorrow, you are trying to live tomorrow today!

My friend, God does not want you to do that. Jesus taught us to pray, “Give us this day our daily bread.” He did not say, “Give us this day our weekly bread.” God gives us daily bread, not weekly bread. God doesn’t give tomorrow’s bread today. And today’s bread is not meant for tomorrow!

This means that God wants you to live today and not worry about what will happen or what you have to do tomorrow. He gives you sufficient grace for today, not tomorrow.

“But Pastor Prince, I have a very important presentation to give tomorrow!”

Beloved, when tomorrow comes, the bread — provision and grace — will be there. I am not advocating laziness and inactivity. By all means, do your homework, but don’t worry about it. Just trust the One who wants you to give Him all your cares (1 Peter 5:7), and enjoy His peace and life today!

Don't tell me what to do!

I'm a Christian but please don't tell me what to do!

Ok I have received this in my inbox from one of my Christian groups
in facebook who preached...

"How can you say you are a follower of Jesus if you associate with the world, compete with the world and want to be like the world? If you follow Jesus you will talk like Jesus, live like Jesus and act like Jesus. Who are we fooling but ourselves?"

Let me ask you,
how do you feel if you read something like this?

If you're not a believer yet, probably, you'd stay away from Jesus
because honestly, it's hard to become like Jesus!

If you're a baby Christian, this may lead you to ask a lot of questions
and wonder if you're on the right congregation or not..confusing you even more.

Or you might start to have some doubts if you really want to follow Jesus
..because in the reality and human as we are..it's really hard to act like Jesus.

And then one day you just decide
to finally give up your faith on somewhere you think is practical and easy because that thought itself of "following Jesus" is stressing you out.

Been there ! Done that!

I stayed away from Jesus for so long because of this kind of preaching.
"If you're a Christian, you must become like one..act like one...do this...do that!"

Helllooooo! Don't give me those LAWS!!!

How to become like Jesus??

I don't want to become a hypocrite.
I can honestly say to you that I can't.

If I, with my own power and might, I'd become Jesus.

Then I wouldn't need Jesus in my life anymore!

Just like if you become a superman or any other heroes..

You don't need someone with a special power same as you to save the world.
or else, the other one will become useless.

Well, that's what I thought!

It's really hard to become like Jesus!

Believing God with whom you haven't seen personally is a
struggle enough of your faith.

So pleeeeease , "Perfect" Christians..let me walk in faith first.

I want to become UNCONSCIOUSLY like Jesus!

That I do good, not because doing good is good but it just merely comes
naturally in me...unconsciously.

I feel so mad right now.

I hate this kind of Christian preaching!

If I won't become like Jesus...then at least let me stay with Him..

Is that so much of a problem with you oh so "perfect" Christians???

(Speaks in tongues)

Everytime I feel like this.. I just grab one of Pastor Joseph Prince' sermon
and get drown with it.

and oh, one more thing, if you perfect Christians are really into so following and acting like Jesus..then let me ask you.. Did Jesus use the internet too?
By joining facebook and be online and looking for some sinners to point your gun into
and firing out your bullets on facebook or any other social networking sites
is you call what?! lolx!

Keys To Manifesting The Glory Of His Presence

Sunday, January 4, 2009

Beware of some Christian preachers!

Some Christian preachers are detrimental to your health.
Trust me , I have been there.
If by chance you listen to some pastor , wide eyes looking straight into your
eyes , fingers pointing at you saying.

"You must be good to enter the kingdom of God.
You must do this..do that. be like this . be like that!"

and in the end while listening to him you feel like
having a heart attack because of too much guilt impounded on you.

I tell you... FLEE!!!!
Don't waste your time!
Go for another Christian church that only preaches and speaks of JESUS
and only Jesus. Then let the words of God change you within.Don't struggle.

For our best enemy is ourselves. But with Jesus , we can only rest
and let Him change us...consistently..

Jesus is the King of Peace.
He always wanted to have that peace in us no matter who and what we are.

Those kind of pastors that I just mentioned are still in bondage in the law of Moses!

And they with their so "good'ol sane mind" don't see JESUS final work in the Calvary.

They make it sooo hard for us to come to God and enjoy His love.
They complicate our relationship with God by pounding us with do's and don'ts!

They are misleading lost people to be more confuse and feel so unloved!

So whenever pastor leaders talking about your imperfections,
just say.

"Yes, I am imperfect.I have sinned. I am undeserving to have God's love
and blessings because of what I have become in this world BUT

(point your finger to Jesus)

This Man, has redeemed me from the mud. I was undeserving but because
of His death on the cross, God sees me righteous and my sins pure white as snow.
Should I be guilty?? No! I am grateful! Because Jesus has done it.
It is finished!! So why don't you shut up and read the good news in the Bible!"

Enjoy Pastor Joseph Prince's daily devotional for today my friends!
Start the week right! Rest in His love!:)

God Remembers Your Sins No More

Hebrews 10:17
17… “Their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”

I don’t know about you, but I would say that Hebrews 10:17 is good news. God sees all our sins — past, present and future — and says, “Your sins I remember no more!” The words “no more” are a strong double negative in the original Greek text. In other words, God is saying, “Your sins I will by no means ever remember!”

Has God lowered His standards? No, He is still perfectly holy. He did remember all our sins — 2,000 years ago at the cross. Every sin which we have committed or will commit has been punished to the full in the body of Jesus Christ at the cross. That is why today, God remembers our sins no more. We should, therefore, not be sin-conscious.

Each time we fall into sin, God wants us to remember the cross and say, “Lord Jesus, you were sentenced for this sin I committed. You bore the judgment, so God will not judge me for this sin. You were condemned for this sin, so God will not condemn me for it.”

If you don’t look to the cross, you will become sin-conscious and you will walk around with a certain expectation of judgment. And that expectation of judgment will give the devil a chance to get you thinking that God has something against you because of your sin.

You must come to the place where you know and believe that all your sins are forgiven, that there is no sin that will ever disqualify you from God’s blessings, that there is no sin that will ever send you to hell, because you are forgiven and saved eternally.

Hebrews 10:12, 14 says, “But this Man [Jesus], after He had offered one sacrifice for sins forever, sat down at the right hand of God… For by one offering He has perfected forever…”

You and I are perfected forever because of Jesus’ perfect work on the cross. We are perfected by God’s full acceptance and perfect delight in His Son’s work that has so glorified His holiness. Beloved, hear God say to you, “I will be merciful. Your sins and lawless deeds I will remember no more.”
