I am hurting...

I'm hurting today...my past and my present is hurting me again..

But I shall not let this moment come to pass without teaching me
a lesson...or a revelation.

pause.

Tears filled my heart last night as the pain is trying to crush me down...

Look at me.
I am focusing on "myself" again..
What shall this moment make of me?

I say, NOTHING BUT DEPRESSION. AND FRUSTRATIONS..

It's true ,
when you think so much of the "I", "myself", "my pains", "my heartbreaks"
it doesn't give you anything but PAIN. There's so much darkness in it.

Right now, as I feel all these in me. Let me share with you the video
I created for Jesus few months back. Watching this eases my pain..because
in here I am reminded of Jesus taking all my pains and burdens when He was crucified
2000 years ago..
Stay on for the last part where I have used The Passion of Christ photos.
It's my most fave part.

Can I borrow $25?

A man came home from work late,
tired and irritated, to find his 5-year old son waiting for him at the door.

SON: 'Daddy, may I ask you a question?'

DAD: 'Yeah sure, what it is?' replied the man.

SON: 'Daddy, how much do you make an hour?'

DAD: 'That's none of your business.
Why do you ask such a thing?'
the man said angrily.

SON: 'I just want to know.

Please tell me, how much do you make an hour?'

DAD: 'If you must know, I make $50 an hour..'

SON: 'Oh,' the little boy replied,
with his head down.

SON: 'Daddy, may I please borrow $25?'

The father was furious,

'If the only reason you asked that is so you
can borrow some money to buy a silly toy
or some other nonsense, then you march yourself
straight to your room and go to bed.

Think about why you are being so selfish.

I don't work hard everyday for such childish frivolities.'

The little boy quietly went to his room and shut the door.

The man sat down and started to get even angrier
about the little boy's questions.
How dare he ask such questions
only to get some money?
After about an hour or so,
the man had calmed down ,
and started to think:
Maybe there was something he really needed
to buy with that $25.00 and he really
didn't ask for money very often.

The man went to the door of
the little boy's room and opened the door.

'Are you asleep, son?' He asked.

'No daddy, I'm awake,' replied the boy.

'I've been thinking,
maybe I was too hard on you earlier'
said the man.

'It's been a long day and
I took out my aggravation on you.

Here's the $25 you asked for.'

The little boy sat straight up, smiling.

'Oh, thank you daddy!' He yelled.

Then, reaching under his pillow he pull ed out
some crumpled up bills.

The man saw that the boy already had money,
started to get angry again.

The little boy slowly counted out his money,
and then looked up at his father.

'Why do you want more money if you already
have some?' the father grumbled.

Because I didn't have enough,
but now I do,' the little boy replied.
'Daddy, I have $50 now.
Can I buy an hour of your time?
Please come home early tomorrow.
I would like to have dinner with you.'

The father was crushed.
He put his arms around his little son,
and he begged for his forgiveness.

It's just a short reminder to all
of you working so hard in life.
We should not let time slip through our fingers
without having spent some time
with those who really matter to us,
those close to our hearts.
Do remember to share that $50 worth of
your time with someone you love.

If we die tomorrow,
the company that we are working for
could easily replace us in a matter of hours.
But the family & friends we leave behind
will feel the loss for the rest of their lives.
Make time for living while you're still breathing.

Thank you Jesus

My Daily Verse
“My dear children, I write this to you so that you will not sin. But if anybody does sin, we have one who speaks to the Father in our defense—Jesus Christ, the Righteous One.” (1 John 2:1)

I love this daily verse I received for today.
What would i do without You, Jesus?
You have made me righteous in the eyes of God because of your blood
and sacrifice.

Thank you Jesus!

Two Obstacles To Having A Confident Expectation of Good

I used to hate Christians because I felt some of them are not behaving the way they should. I always thought that if you're a Christian, and have been born again..you should act real good, behave well to give justice to Jesus.

I was so wrong and stupid to be thinking that way.

Everyone of us can never be perfect. Not in this world. Be it a Christian or not,
we still experience each other's ups and downs..struggles..problems of any kind.

That's why we need Jesus!

Because in Jesus, no matter who we are, how imperfect and failure we may have become
we still live in VICTORY ground!

Even if you're a non-believer or an atheist -- Jesus still loves you..
He knows that you are weary from whatever that is troubling you right now and just wants you to rest in Him. Just like I was so tired and weary and was ready to give up too.
You just need to accept Him and the rest will follow.

Don't listen to the words of man. For man's words are inconsistent. GOd's Words are Forever and lasting.

Enjoy this mp3 peepz. Do not let other people's judgment turn you down. Instead look up to the cross..to Jesus and have a confident expectation of Good.

Debunking Common Myths About Prayer

I used to pray alot...and pray hard.
My past diaries back when I was in my college days could attest to that.

I thought God is always too busy attending other people's prayer
so I really told myself to pray harder so He can notice and hear me out.

Back in my old church,
I saw people kneeling from the main entrance walking towards the altar on bended knees. I deeply sighed. Then I asked the Lord, God? What if I do
that and then I wouldn't be able to make it in the altar? Are my prayers considered void?

Lack of good Christian teachings back then, I slowly turned away from Him.
Because in my mind, God was so hard to pleased. And I felt , I wouldn't be able to live up to His expectations.

I was in total BONDAGE!

No one really taught me or told me that God wasn't like that. It was what I saw and have
become accustomed to.
So I didn't like it and was bored with it so like my mom and my late dad, I stayed away from church. I only appear if there was really one big thing that I wanted to.But that's it. Just for my own benefits.

Now..I'm glad Jesus has showed me who and what God really is.
It changes everything. and my coming to Him now is more of like child-father relationship
thing..I mean it's more than that actually.Your dad can tell you, ok I will grant your request but first you must do this ...and that.Or be good this time or else..

God isn't like that. He gives you everything execeedingly, abundantly without strings attached no matter who you are or no matter what you do..
All you have to do is just to accept it. That's it.

you might ask, "How do you know?"
I'd say..." Look at the C R O S S.. that's the biggest gift God has given to me and to you
so we all can enjoy everything what's in this world! That's the answer to all our prayers! We just have to come boldly, accept it and live life fully with it!"
You might say.."You're making it so simple:"

I'd say,,"Why are you making it so hard? lolx!"

or you might say again, Hey Dinx, you're sharing a lot of these stuffs so where's your car? How's your bank account? Where's your big house and all?? Where? where?

Well, for now. I aint got any of those just YET.

I don't need to pray or ask for all of it either. For I know God has given me those already.
I can only say thanks to Him and praise Him even more .

Like I said, the CROSS is everything that I have..With it , the rest follows.

And I could just shout: In this world for now, I may have nothing, but with God and Jesus, I HAVE MY HEALTH and POWER TO PROSPER. I HAVE EVERYTHING!

Let's relax for awhile and listen to this awesome message my dear friends.
This will teach you how to pray.
Enjoy.

You gotta have that faith!

Before I got saved, I knew deep in my heart that I was using my Faith
in wrong things. I mean, there's really nothin wrong when you "believe"
in the stuffs you get accustomed to..like when you believe in the doctors and the
medicine they prescribe to you just to give you relief. You believe in someone
that he/she will love you forever. You believe in that long-awaited promotion
in your career to come. You believe you will get rich and become a millionaire.
It's all in believing..and I call it "FAITH".

I believe in those stuffs too. BUt as I go my fun walk as a Christian,
my faith have been elevated.
I believe that I needed to use my FAITH somewhere where there's more to get on hold to.
Like supernatural healing (my most fave) and prosperity.

Let me share with you a devotional I received for today from Pastor Prince
to back it all up.
Enjoy and good sunday everyone!

"Believe That God Is Your Rewarder "

Hebrews 11:6
6But without faith it is impossible to please Him, for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him.

Most people quote only the first part of Hebrews 11:6 — “without faith it is impossible to please Him”. Yet, it goes on to say, “for he who comes to God must believe that He is, and that He is a rewarder of those who diligently seek Him”. In other words, the faith that pleases God is the kind of faith that believes that God exists and that He is a rewarder.

The Bible also says that “faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen”. (Hebrews 11:1) So even in times of difficulty, when we don’t see good things happening in our circumstances, we are to believe that God will turn things around and reward us.

God turned things around for Ruth, the Moabite widow, when she believed the Lord and made Him her God. (Ruth 1:16) The Bible tells us that she was given a “full reward” by the Lord when she came under His wings for refuge. (Ruth 2:12) Not only did He give her protection, He also gave her abundant provision, exceeding favor and a glorious redemption. (Ruth 2:9–17, 3:11, 4:10–13)

When Rahab, the harlot of Jericho, heard reports of how the Lord had opened up the Red Sea for the children of Israel, she believed that “He is God in heaven above and on earth beneath”. (Joshua 2:9–11) Though Rahab had not personally witnessed the miracles, she believed God and hid the Jewish spies from their pursuers. (Joshua 2:4–6) Because of her faith, she not only did not perish with those who did not believe (Joshua 6:25, Hebrews 11:31), but she was also given a place in the “hall of faith” in Hebrews 11.

God was so pleased with the faith of these two Gentile women that He not only blessed them in their lifetimes, but He also put them into the genealogy of His Son Jesus Christ, the great Redeemer and rewarder.

Beloved, when you come to the Lord with your needs, believe that He is God, and that He is a rewarder. God has pleasure in this kind of faith. He wants to be the rewarder of your faith in Him!
