Suicide- just like that??

I heard a lot of suicide news lately.
Tsk!
I wish I could help those people in some possible ways
that I can.
Perhaps, sharing words of wisdom based on the Truths
that I know..like on this blog.

Well, I could only wish for that.
Because , by nature, humans are stubborn.
And we have this attitude of not really giving up so easily unless
we get to the end of our rope causing us frustrations, depressions , stress.

Then there goes suicide.

I don't want to make it sound so melodramatic.
But this blog has recorded the greatest pains and fears of my life.
Like any others, I, too was confused. Depressed.Frustrated.
Lost. Rejected. Financially down. Battling for my health.
Losing my breath.

Until now, my financial and career status have not levelled up compared
to some of my friends and colleagues that I know.
My mom is just renting a small room in our province , with a very patient
friend who's been taking of her for a year now. ( I'm blessed on that)
I have no stable savings ...my bank always reaches to up 0 ( ends up to negative
sometimes) and goes back to normal until I get my salary back for a month.
I don't own my own house. I have no property. No car.

I only have JESUS!

Now, you got me on that.

Can you hear me complain?

No.

I cannot complain.

Because I have JESUS!!!
For me, living in this world is not about all my pains, struggles and hurts..
it's all about HIM!

If I continue to live in fears and stress and be controlled in this world. i'd surely die.
But JESUS is the LIFE!

He is the only WAY, The TRUTH and the LIFE!

What about you?
Are there things that are troubling you? Stressing you out until you want to
pull that trigger off your head and lost your soul?

Humans as we are, naturally, we always cater to our own woes and complaints about life.

And then we blame Life why we get to have one and just wished we were dead.

Pathetic way of living , right?

I used to think that way, too.

There was this saddest part of my life where, I questioned God,
"Why He allowed me to be born in this world just to suffer"

I felt life sucked that everytime I always ended up waking up on the wrong side of the bed.
Finding no meaning for everything.

I can say, I almost reached the end of my rope.
Good thing, little prayers here and there have sustained me.
So even when I thought of taking my own life. It was filtered with prayers.
He has kept me well!

*I tell you, don't underestimate little thoughts of you talking to Him.
It does wonders than going to church kneeling all day and say "halleluyah, halleluyah!
But deep in your heart, you don't really mean it.
Maybe, just a show off or something for whatever.
for God knows what's in your heart and when you are sincere.

To sum up.

whatever's making you struggle and hard to breathe
until you fall out of your head at this moment.
I can only say come to Jesus.
Talk to Him like a child does who is sooo lost and doesn't know what to do anymore
but cry.

Come to Jesus.

He has given me LIFE..

He will do the same to you because He loves you so.

Don't take anti-depressants.

Take Jesus!

Don't go to a psychiatrist.

Consult to Jesus!

Yeah!

Just JESUS!

(Good saturday morning everyone. There's a purpose of me being stuck here in my office on a great saturday morning,.
Now I know. )

Me and Jesus by Stellar Kart

I love this song from Stellar Kart!

When there's nowhere else to turn
All your bridges have been burned
Feels like you've hit rock bottom
Don't give up it's not the end
Open up your heart again
When you feel like no one
Understands where you are

[chorus]
Someone loves you even when you don't think so don't you know you got
Me and Jesus by your side through the fight you will never be alone on your own you got me and Jesus

After all that we've been through
Be now you know I've doubted too
But everytime my head was in my
Hands you said to me
Hold on to what we got
This is worth any cost so
Make the most of life
That's borrowed
Love like there's no tomorrow

Start Using Your Measure Of Faith

Start Using Your Measure Of Faith

Romans 12:3
3… God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.

As children of God, we should never say, “I don’t have any faith.” To say this is to say that God is a liar because His Word already tells us that “God has dealt to each one a measure of faith”.

Why then does the faith of some seem to be stronger than others?

Well, faith is like muscles. We are all born with a measure of muscles. But some of us develop our muscles better than others. Bodybuilders, for example, exercise their muscles very regularly to make them grow bigger and stronger.

Likewise, your measure of faith grows when you feed and use it. Each time you hear or read God’s Word, you are feeding your faith. When you confess God’s Word and expect good things to happen to you, you are using it. And the more you use it, the more your faith grows.

So use your faith. You could start with headaches, for example. When you have a headache, instead of always running straight for your painkillers, use your faith. Ask God for healing, and trust and thank Him for the healing.

Now, don’t get me wrong, there is nothing wrong with taking medicine. And if you have to go to the doctor, don’t feel condemned either. Just start using your faith at a level you are comfortable with. If you need to go to the doctor, then go in faith, praying, “Abba Father, I am going to the doctor. I am asking You in Jesus’ name to give the doctor wisdom to give me an accurate diagnosis. My trust is not in him but in You.”

And when you take your medicine, don’t just pop in the pills. In faith, say, “Lord, sanctify this medicine,” then take it. This is because some medicines have negative side effects. So when you ask God to sanctify it, He blesses that medicine. And what will be developing in you, growing bigger and possessing your body until it is too widespread, is divine health!

Beloved, you have been given a measure of faith. Start using it, believing that it is this measure of your faith that causes you to draw from the inexhaustible power of a faithful and loving God!

Why God Exist? ( Best Explanation Ever)

BEST EXPLANATION EVER!

This is one of the best explanations of why God allows pain and suffering
that I have seen:

A man went to a barbershop to have his hair cut and his beard trimmed.

As the barber began to work, they began to have a good conversation.

They talked about so many things and various subjects.

When they eventually touched on the subject of God, the barber said:

"I don't believe that God exists."

"Why do you say that?" asked the customer. "Well, you just have to go out
in the street to realize that God doesn't exist.

Tell me, if God exists, would there be so many sick people?

Would there be abandoned children?

If God existed, there would be neither suffering nor pain.

I can't imagine a loving God who would allow all of these things."

The customer thought for a moment, but didn't respond because he
didn't want to start an argument.

The barber finished his job and the customer left the shop.

Just after he left the barbershop, he saw a man in the street with
long, stringy, dirty hair and an untrimmed beard. He looked dirty and
unkempt.

The customer turned back and entered the barber shop again

and he said to the barber: "You know what? Barbers do not exist."

"How can you say that?" asked the surprised barber.

"I am here, and I am a barber. And I just worked on you!"

"No!" the customer exclaimed. "Barbers don't exist because

if they did, there would be no people with dirty long hair and
untrimmed beards, like that man outside."

"Ah, but barbers DO exist! That's what happens when people do not
come to me."

"Exactly!" affirmed the customer. "That's the point! God, too, DOES
exist!

That's what happens when people do not go to Him and don't look to Him
for help. That's why there's so much pain and suffering in the world."

If you think God exists, send this to other people---
If you think God does not exist, delete it!

BE BLESSED & BE A BLESSING TO OTHERS!!!!!! !

The Cross

A young man was at the end of his rope, seeing no way out, he dropped to his knees in prayer

"Lord, I can't go on," he said. "I have too heavy a cross to bear."

The Lord replied, "My son, if you can't bear its weight, just place your cross inside this room.

Then, open that other door and pick out any cross you wish."

The man was filled with relief and said, "Thank you Lord," and he did as he was told.

Upon entering the other room, he saw many crosses; some so large the tops were not visible. Then, he spotted a tiny cross leaning against a far wall.

"I'd like that one, Lord," he whispered. The Lord replied, "My son, that is the cross you just brought in."

When life's problems seem overwhelming, it helps to look around and see what other people are coping with. You may consider yourself far more fortunate than you imagined.

YOUR CROSS

Whatever your cross
Whatever your pain
There will always be sunshine
After the rain

Perhaps you may stumble
Perhaps even fall
But God's always there
To help you through it all

Sad, and thought-provoking...

May God give you the strength and courage to pass this along to everyone on your email buddy list....

I JUST DID!

The Devil and The Duck

The Devil & the Duck (I'M IN THE 93%)
There was a little boy visiting his grandparents on their farm..

He was given a slingshot to play with out in the woods.
He practiced in the woods; but he could never hit the target.
Getting a little discouraged, he headed back for dinner.
As he was walking back he saw Grandma's pet duck.

Just out of impulse, he let the slingshot fly, hit the duck square in the head and killed it. He was shocked and grieved!
In a panic, he hid the dead duck in the wood pile; only to see his Sister watching! Sally had seen it all, but she said nothing.

After lunch the next day Grandma said, 'Sally, let's wash the dishes'
But Sally said, 'Grandma, Johnny told me he wanted to help in the kitchen.'
Then she whispered to him, "Remember the duck?'
So Johnny did the dishes.
Later that day, Grandpa asked if the children wanted to go fishing and Grandma said, 'I'm sorry but I need Sally to help make supper.'
Sally just smiled and said, 'well that's all right because Johnny told me he wanted to help?
She whispered again, 'Remember the duck?' So Sally went fishing and Johnny stayed to help.

After several days of Johnny doing both his chores and Sally's; he finally couldn't stand it any longer.
He came to Grandma and confessed that he had killed the duck.
Grandma knelt down, gave him a hug and said, 'Sweetheart, I know. You see, I was standing at the window and I saw the whole thing, but because I love you, I forgave you. I was just wondering how long you would let Sally make a slave of you.'

Thought for the day and every day thereafter:
Whatever is in your past, whatever you have done... And the devil keeps throwing it up in your face (lying, cheating, debt, fear, bad habits, hatred, anger, bitterness, etc.)...whatever it is...You need to know that:
God was standing at the window and He saw the whole thing.

He has seen your whole life... He wants you to know that He loves you and that you are forgiven. He's just wondering how long you will let the devil make a slave of you.
The great thing about God is that when you ask for forgiveness; He not only forgives you, but He forgets.

It is by God's grace and mercy that we are saved.
Go ahead and make the difference in someone's life today.
Share this with a friend and always remember:
God is at the window!

How to Treat a Migraine

Ok I got this from my email.

Just read through it..

It's a step by step how-to on treating a migraine.
Well, I consider it as a wordly advice and I have nothing
against this.

Just read on.

I will add in my comment after.

-------How to Treat a Migraine----------

You're going about your day --- working, taking care of kids, relaxing --- when you first feel it. Perhaps it's a spot or two in front of your eyes that won't clear no matter how many times you blink. Perhaps it's the pressure in the back of your neck that's been building without your notice. Or maybe it's the tingle in your fingertips that says "Pay attention --- a migraine is starting."

Below are some tips for how to treat a migraine, but it should be made clear that you should see a doctor and get some medication to either prevent migraines or to treat them when they start. For some of us, migraines are a fact of life, but they can be dealt with.

Here's what to do when you feel a migraine coming on.

Instructions
Difficulty: Moderate
Things You’ll Need:

* Migraine medication Pain medication Ice Dark, quiet room or place to lie down

Step1
Take it seriously. Non-migraineurs might not understand how serious your condition is, but you do. Do not ignore it and hope it will go away. The sooner you deal with it, the better.

Step2
Take your meds. The sooner medication is taken, the quicker it can stop a full-blown migraine from coming on. Take it at the first sign --- even the first suspicion --- of a migraine. Also take a dose of whatever you take for pain such as Motrin, Excedrin for Migraine or Aleve.

Step3
Lie down. If you can pass off your work to someone else, do it as quickly as possible. If you're home with small kids, you might have to put in a video and lie on the couch. Wherever you are, take a break. You are truly ill; take care of yourself accordingly.

Step4
Make it dark. Close the blinds, turn off the lights. Close your eyes.
Step5
Make it quiet. If you're at work, go lie down in your car. At home, turn the phone off and the TV down low.

Step6
Put ice on it. An ice pack adds both pressure and coldness, helping to relieve some of the pain. A package of frozen vegetables wrapped in a towel works well for this since it conforms to the shape of your neck or head.

Step7
Sleep. Sometimes there's nothing to do but sleep while the medication does its job. It's one way to escape the pain until it passes or the meds take care of it.
Step8
Respect the hangover. You might feel wrung out or worn down after a migraine passes. Like with the flu, just be aware that the actual illness may have passed, but you won't be at your best for a day or two.

Step9
Have some private time. It's hard to imagine, but studies have shown that achieving orgasm actually relieves migraine pain. It causes the constricted blood vessels to dilate, freeing the restricted flow of blood that was causing you pain in the first place.

-----------over---------

How do you feel?
Maybe this information is very helpful to you or to someone but to me,
I find it so troublesome.
With all the steps that involve in it, I wonder if I can even start head on STEP 1.
lolx.

Though I have mentioned in my past blogs that God has healed my migraine,
there are times, that I get a little headache here and there.
It's no really a big deal compared to what I used to have for 8 struggling years.

How do I deal with it?

I just close my eyes. Focus on Jesus and say

"By Jesus stripes, I am healed!"

I talk to Him and say, "Lord, i know what I'm feeling right now is just a lying symptom. This is just temporary. My healing 2,000 years ago when you received those blows and whippings is FOREVER! And I am thankful for that.

Thank you Jesus for healing me..."

That simple!

The truth that I was healed 2,000 years ago sets me free!

Now,

I am not trying to get my healing from anything or anyone.

Because I was HEALED!

I AM HEALED!

Miraculously, after an hour or so. I am back on my feet again
having fun...:)

Isn't that what you call a VICTORIOUS LIFE?

Halleluyah!!

So what about you?

Which way do you want to go?
