Singapore has confirmed its first case of Influenza A (H1N1).
Shall I be afraid?
Strangely but honestly, I am not.
For I am secured and I believe in God's protection over me.
Everywhere I go, that's my badge, "I AM PROTECTED"
for one thousand shall fall on my left hand and ten thousand on my right hand,
IT SHALL NOT COME NEAR ME! In Jesus mighty name!!!
Feed on this awesome message from Pastor Joseph Prince my friends.
and whatever the world is trying to tell you right now...
bad economy, recession, deaths, suicides, deadly diseases.
Let PEACE dwells in your heart.
That's all we gotta have...
One thing needful, you just have to REST in Him...
Safe Under God’s Wings
Psalm 91:4
4He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge…
A farmer walked around his farm to take stock of his losses after a fire had destroyed it. When he came to the chicken coop, he noticed the charred carcass of a mother hen. He used his foot to turn the carcass over and to his surprise, live chicks ran out from under it! The mother hen had died protecting her chicks from the fire.
In the Bible, wings speak of protection. David said to God, “Hide me under the shadow of Your wings.” (Psalm 17:8) Jesus Himself offered protection to the Jewish nation when He said, “O Jerusalem, Jerusalem, the one who kills the prophets and stones those who are sent to her! How often I wanted to gather your children together, as a hen gathers her brood under her wings, but you were not willing!” (Luke 13:34)
He wanted to gather the children of Israel under His wings to protect them, but they were not willing. That was why He wept over Jerusalem. He literally shed tears because He saw the destruction that would come upon His people. He saw the Roman siege of Jerusalem in AD70, when the Romans burnt the city and holy temple, slaughtered many, took some captive and sold others as slaves. (Luke 19:41–44) I believe that He also saw the Holocaust of World War II, which resulted in the extermination of six million Jews.
For us, because we have not rejected Jesus, but have received Him as our Savior, we have His protection, especially in these times of deadly pestilences, natural catastrophes and terrorist attacks.
Like the mother hen who spread her wings and died protecting her chicks, Jesus spread His wings of love and died on the cross for us. And after He had died to save us, He rose again and lives today to make sure that we are well taken care of.
Beloved, see yourself under the wings of your Savior, who has promised you this in His Word: “He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall take refuge.”

Hagar And Sarah
The Gospel is not a revelation of what's wrong with you.
The Gospel, the good news is a revelation of what's right with you
because of what Christ has done!

My New Alarm Clock
I got addicted of facebook games and this made me stay up late lately.
Everyday I wake up so sluggish and when at work, I feel so sleepy.
I didn't like it. And I want more energy.
So last night. I knew that I will have a hard time waking up around 6 in the morning,
and then I anticipated , I'm gona be so lazy getting up for work again.
So a thought came to my mind.
After playing several games which made me drowsy around 1.30 am...
I just asked Jesus to wake me up instead.
I don't like to use my alarm because I feel pressure on it and
it makes me irritable ...
So, I thought, maybe Jesus can do something about it.
tic tac..tic tac...
morning comes....
I woke up around 6.20am...
And let me tell you, I woke up feeling so refreshed and energised
as if I got an 8hr sleep.
I'm here in my office now.
Not feeling sleepy, sluggish or irritable..but instead so hyper
and happy.:)
It's amazing!
It's totally a different feeling waking up with Jesus!
I couldn't explain!
Maybe you'll just need to try it yourself.
Before sleeping and if you feel so stress out and tired
about anything, just talk to Him and let Him wake you up
in the morning.
It works for me.
Just try it!
Thank you Jesus!

Word Of God Speak by MercyMe
One of my fave Christian songs that always warms my heart.
----Word of God Speak-----
I'm finding myself at a loss for words
And the funny thing is it's okay
The last thing I need is to be heard
But to hear what You would say
[CHORUS]
Word of God speak
Would You pour down like rain
Washing my eyes to see
Your majesty
To be still and know
That You're in this place
Please let me stay and rest
In Your holiness
Word of God speak
I'm finding myself in the midst of You
Beyond the music, beyond the noise
All that I need is to be with You
And in the quiet hear Your voice
[REPEAT CHORUS 2x]
I'm finding myself at a loss for words
And the funny thing is it's okay
----Word of God Speak-----
I'm finding myself at a loss for words
And the funny thing is it's okay
The last thing I need is to be heard
But to hear what You would say
[CHORUS]
Word of God speak
Would You pour down like rain
Washing my eyes to see
Your majesty
To be still and know
That You're in this place
Please let me stay and rest
In Your holiness
Word of God speak
I'm finding myself in the midst of You
Beyond the music, beyond the noise
All that I need is to be with You
And in the quiet hear Your voice
[REPEAT CHORUS 2x]
I'm finding myself at a loss for words
And the funny thing is it's okay
Which Is Easier To Say?
We always want a miracle .
We want instant healing, success and good things
to happen in our lives.
That's why we pray.
But when God seems so distant and we feel that He has been
ignoring our prayers, our faith level starts to drop.
Questions like, Does God really exist?
Or Does God hate me? blah blah blah!
Then , we end up complaining to a lot of stuffs.
In the natural, that's how we are.
Part of being human.
But as you start to believe in God, not by sight or by miracles
that you seen and heard,
BUT BY FAITH..no matter what.
Everything will come into place and things around you will start to change
according to His plan.
You just need to get a little patient with it.
Impatient. -> also part of being human. And I call it "ugly" and
deteriorating to one's health if it exists for so long inside us.
It sucks our soul which prompts us to do things on our own effort then
we screwd up!
I do have a lot of prayers
and I want a lot of things to happen in my life right now.
And I do get a little so impatient sometimes.
Nudging Him everytime.
Well, that's me.
In time, I know He will change me.
For now, as I wait for His approvals and go signals.
I will keep myself in His Words.
Whether I have experienced the manifestations or not.
...because I know His promises are true.

Which Is Easier To Say?
Colossians 2:13
13And you, being dead in your trespasses and the uncircumcision of your flesh, He has made alive together with Him, having forgiven you all trespasses,
Let me ask you a question which Jesus asked the Pharisees: “Which is easier, to say [to the paralytic], ‘Your sins are forgiven you,’ or to say, ‘Rise up and walk’?” (Luke 5:23)
In the context of ministering to a paralytic, saying “Your sins are forgiven” is probably easier. Why? Because you don’t need an outward manifestation to prove that his sins are forgiven. But when you tell him, “Rise up and walk,” he must rise up and walk, or you will look very foolish! So that makes saying “Your sins are forgiven” easier than saying “Rise up and walk”.
The truth is, what is seemingly more difficult for man in the natural is not so for God. With God, physical healing is clearly “easier” for Him than forgiveness of sins. The latter is the “harder” and greater miracle because it required God to deliver up His beloved Son to take on all our sins and shed His blood on the cross.
Yet, when faced with a loved one stricken with cancer, or when gripped by mounting debts after being jobless for a long time, we seem to find it harder to believe and say that God has already given us the breakthroughs we need, than to believe and say that our sins are forgiven. Saying that our sins are forgiven seems easier than saying that God has already given us the miraculous physical healing, supernatural financial breakthrough or divine favor at the next job interview.
But since God has done the “harder” and greater miracle of “having forgiven you all trespasses”, there is nothing He will not do for you! (Romans 8:32) In fact, if you think that there is something that God is withholding from you, you are implying that that something is greater than the forgiveness of sins which Jesus died to give you! But nothing can be greater than the perfect sacrifice of Jesus.
So hear the Lord telling you today, “Your sins have been forgiven you. You have perfect acceptance before God. Rise up and be healed! Rise up and walk in health, wisdom, favor, protection and wholeness!”

Those so -called "PERFECT" Christians!
Just today, some so called "perfect" Christians are getting on my nerves.
But I rebuke it IN JESUS NAME!!
They say, if one is in Jesus..they must not sin and stay away from sins.
My question is..how??
It's just easy for them to tell you, you must not do this, you must not do that!
Stay perfect!
How to stay perfect??? We are still in this world!
What if I lose my temper like right now where some things have been pissing me off??
What if I hate someone and cannot forgive yet.
What if I lie a little bit or lied big.
What if I judge or say some bad things on someone unconsciuosly out of
disappointment?
What if someone spat at me, cheated on me and steal something from me?
Am I just going to shrug my shoulder off and say, "it's meant to be!"
Before knowing the truth and I was still lost in this world,
those "perfect" Christians have already robbed me off from the love of God
that's meant for me.
Ignorant and not knowing Him yet, had made me stay away from Him for so long.
Now, that I know that....
God has forgiven me for my past, present and future sins by the blood of Jesus.
NO ONE can make me stay away from Him anymore.
I'm gona fight the good fight of faith!
My God is a good God.
..I am now made perfect in His eyes because of Jesus.
That's the only truth that I can brag about and stay sane in this mad-fallen world!
Pastor Prince is right.
The first thing that I must do is to be conscious of my position in Christ.
I am the righteousness of God in Christ- no matter what!
Be Conscious Of Your Position In Christ
John 15:5
5“I am the vine, you are the branches. He who abides in Me, and I in him, bears much fruit; for without Me you can do nothing.
In this verse, Jesus says, “I am the vine, you are the branches.” He did not say, “I am the vine, try to be the branches.” In other words, He wants us to realize that we are already the branches. We do not have to struggle to become the branches.
As His branches, we only have to abide or remain in Christ our vine. How do we do that? We do that by simply being conscious every day of our position in Christ. Because we have received Christ, we are in Christ and are accepted in the Beloved. (2 Corinthians 5:17, Ephesians 1:6) God accepts us because we are in the Beloved and He is in us. And that is how God sees us today when we come into His presence.
What the devil wants to do then is to get you to focus on your condition instead of your position in Christ. The condition you are facing could be financial lack or deteriorating health. The devil wants you to focus on your condition and forget your position — that you are the righteousness of God in Christ and that you are seated with Him in heavenly places at the Father’s right hand. (2 Corinthians 5:21, Ephesians 2:6) He wants you to forget that you are an heir of God and a joint heir with Christ. (Romans 8:17)
The devil knows that once you focus on your position in Christ, it will give you the power to change your condition and circumstances. John 15:5 says that you will bear “much fruit”. This means that when you pray against any lack, abundant supply will flow. When you pray for healing, sickness will leave.
My friend, none of these things can happen by your own doing, but by His life which flows through you. Just as sap flowing through the branches of a vine will cause them to bring forth fruit, His life flowing through you will bring forth a bountiful harvest of prosperity, healing and miracles. You only need to remain conscious of who you are in Christ!
But I rebuke it IN JESUS NAME!!

Look Ma, No Fears!
Few years ago, I wasn't so comfortable with travelling by plane, boats or ships.
Rooted with hearing of bad news of plane crashes, collisions, sinking and all
had put fear in my heart which made the whole journey and travelling less enjoyable.
I can remember one time, while I was taking a plane ride home.
...still lost of who I was and wondering of where to get protection from all these, I asked God, ' Lord, I dont know what to pray, but if this plane is going to crash and take my life, make it quick pls.'
After that, I just imagined Jesus carrying the plane throughout the entire journey because I felt somewhere deep inside me that God's gona protect me.
Once the plane landed and I saw myself on the arrival hall, that's when things start to get normal again. I could just shout. 'Hey, everyone, I made it ! I'm alive!!' lolx!
Pathetic ha?
Well, that's how I was when I haven't gotten to know my God and Jesus.
Full of Fears.
Paranoid.
Unsecured.
But now, I can boldly say that
I have no more fears!
Last time I checked when I went for a holiday last week.
Departure and Arrival blues was just a breeze.
Yes, I did experience a lot of strong turbulence every now and then, but it didn't make a way to scare me off.
Surprisingly,
I just slept throughout the entire journey with peace in my heart and assurance that God will protect me and everyone else on that plane.
Hey! I have been set FREE!!
NO MORE FEARS!
Because the Word says
God is my protector!
Wherever I go,
He shall keep me in His wings!
Check
Psalm 91!
Jesus' blood shall protect me.
Now, I can plan on my next trip.
It's just amazing how God keeps me in His Words. Things are getting better and better each day as my journey unfolds.
This truth that I know right now changes me from within. I don't care how He does it. I just want Him to keep doing it.
My God protects.
He really does!
Halleluyah!
