John 16:23
23“… Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name He will give you.
Do you always end your prayers with “in Jesus’ name”? Maybe your Sunday school teacher taught you to do this, or maybe you have heard church leaders and other believers utter it at the end of their prayers.
I used to say “in Jesus’ name” very quickly as if those were magic words that would get my prayers answered. Then, one day, I heard the Lord asking me why I was doing that.
The Lord wanted me to realize that whenever I pray and say “in Jesus’ name”, I am putting my entire faith for my prayer to be answered not in who I am or what I have done, but in the person and name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, and what He has done at the cross!
Whenever we ask God for anything in Jesus’ name, Jesus says to us, “Most assuredly, I say to you, whatever you ask the Father in My name, He will give you.” This means that in your prayer for healing, when you say “in Jesus’ name”, healing comes over your sick body because it is by His stripes that you are healed. (1 Peter 2:24) In your prayer for protection, when you say “in Jesus’ name”, you are kept safe because the blood of Jesus protects and delivers you from evil. (Exodus 12:13)
Beloved, the good name of your family cannot save you. Your pastor’s name cannot save you. Even the name of the latest medical breakthrough cannot save you. Only one name under heaven can save you — Jesus! And the good news is that His name in Hebrew, Yeshua, means salvation — healing, preservation, wholeness, wellness, provision, prosperity, safety and deliverance for you and your family!
So these days, whenever I pray, I slow down at the end of my prayer and say, “Father, I ask all this not based on what I have or have not done, but based on Jesus and His finished work at the cross. I ask all this in Jesus’ name. Amen!”

Thank Your Way To Peace
I thank God each day because no matter how stupid I become,
He never leaves me.
I thank Him too for sending His only Son Jesus.
Now I know!
I will really never make it without Jesus!
Jesus, you know how I feel right now.
Great storm is raging at me.
Thank you for the PEACE Jesus!
I believe, we will make it. I know:)
Enjoy the daily devo from Ps Josepn Prince peepz!
"Thank Your Way To Peace"
Philippians 4:6
6Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God;
You would probably have read this verse before, but would you like to know how to apply it in your everyday life? Let me give you an illustration to help you.
Let’s say that you are one of those in your company eligible for a promotion and you will know tomorrow whether you get it. You want the promotion badly because it means more income for your family. So you lie in bed at night tossing and turning. You pray, “Father, please take away all my worries about this promotion. Give me faith.” One hour later, you are more anxious than ever. It seems like God is not answering your prayer!
How come? Because you are not doing it God’s way.
Pray like this instead: “Father, I cast all my worries about the promotion into Your loving hands because You care for me and love me.” The Bible tells us to cast all our cares upon the Lord for He cares for us. (1 Peter 5:7) Then, say, “Father, I would like to have the promotion.” It is okay to ask Him for that. Now, here comes the most powerful part — thanksgiving. Finish off with thanksgiving. Thank God for His faithfulness.
Say something like, “Father, whether I get the promotion or not, I thank You that You will always provide for my family with more than enough. You who feed the birds of the air and clothe the lilies of the field will take care of us. So I am not going to worry about this promotion. You are the source of all my blessings.” (Matthew 6:30, Philippians 4:19)
When you pray like this, all of a sudden, you are no longer held hostage by the promotion. I call this the “thank You” therapy. The more you know God’s Word, the more you can thank Him. The more you thank Him, the more His peace reigns in your heart. And many a time, before you know it, it is morning! You don’t even remember falling asleep. The peace of God reigns like that.
My friend, whatever your concern is, bring it to your Father in prayer and thank your way to peace!

The Mysterious Truth
With my given gift of free choice , I have alot
of options.
Ok forget about me being a Christian first.
Let's say I am a normal person walking here on
earth with alot of things to do.
I get busy trying to earn a living to live.
I walk, eat, sleep and get bored.
Now let me ask you.
Do I need healing?
Do I need protection from all the deadly diseases
that have been found?
Do I need blessings and favour?
For me. My only answer is Yes!!
I'm just practical.
Now I was talking about my physical world.
What about my spiritual world?
Do I have a soul?
Well, I firmly believe I do.
Now. Does my soul need saving?
Now hold it right there.
Pause. Think hard.
Atheists and non-believers could just shrug their
shoulders off on this question. They'd tell you stuffs like you're a delusional or crazy to believe in something or someone that doesn't exist.
Thats their reality.
Hardcore Christians of course will say and tell you
"Get saved!"
For me both are just hearsays because nobody really has seen God personally.
Both parties maybe telling a lie.
Who knows. But hey!
Let me tell you. That's where Faith comes in.
I believe I have a soul.
And for believing that. Of course to play safe.
I need to save it because God in the Bible is telling us what to do.
How can I save it?
Let me paste this scripture again.
I tell you. No one really knows the truth except the Bible.
Think about it. Why would God tell us this TRUTH thru the prophets in the Bible?
Does it really crossed your mind?

There are times
when I feel I already do too much for a person or company and then somewhere along the line some stupid things happened which made me realized I am not being appreciated at all.
Just breaks my heart.
It's hard to please man. No matter what effort you do for them.
As my mind swings back and forth.
My thoughts are directed to Jesus.
In His eyes I see peace, assurance and pure love.
Telling me "Don't worry my child. I'm with you.
And when I'm with you, everything's gona be alright. "
Made me smile.
I say, "God is for me then who can be against me!"
In this world, you can never please man. Your bf/gf, spouse, partner, friends, Christians, atheists, your boss.
And then....
I realised you never really have to please them.
But
You can only please God.
And one way of pleasing God
is just coming boldly to Him and embrace His love.
Like what I'm doing right now.
Thank you Abba for loving me.

As I'm walking
and writing this blog right now, I'm speaking in tongues.
I don't know. I just feel like doing it.
It's a gift from God that's meant to be exploited.
The more I do it. The more peaceful I become.
More health. More protection. More guidance.
And it all comes from the spirit.
Thank you Abba for this awesome gift!

Use Your Double Portion Of Speaking Power
Use Your Double Portion Of Speaking Power
1 Peter 2:9
9But you are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, His own special people...
God calls us “a royal priesthood”. This means that we are kings as well as priests under the king-priesthood of Jesus Christ. This has never happened before in the history of God’s people. In the Old Testament, kings and priests were two distinct groups of people. You were either a king or priest, but not both at the same time.
Today, because we are in Christ, we are king-priests — a royal priesthood. This means that we have a double portion of speaking power because as kings, “Where the word of a king is, there is power” (Ecclesiastes 8:4), and as priests, “by their word every controversy and every assault shall be settled”. (Deuteronomy 21:5)
So if you are a Christian businessman, you will have an edge over worldly businessmen. What you say about your business deals will come to pass. And if you are falsely accused, know that by your very word, every controversy and every assault will be settled!
And as a king-priest parent, when you bless your children, your words have the power to set in motion supernatural events which will bring them into God’s prosperous abundance and superabounding grace. And there will be such a courage and resilience about them that it will empower them to win the fights of life!
When the devil comes to you and says that you will die young because your father and grandfather died young, or that you will never be successful because you are not well-educated, you must remember that the devil is neither a king nor a priest. There is no power in his words. But there is power in yours because you are a king-priest in Christ!
So instead of agreeing with him, believe and declare, “I will not die young. With long life He will satisfy me and show me His salvation!” Say, “The Lord will make my way prosperous and give me good success!” Use your double portion of speaking power and see these blessings come to pass!
