Aging, Fainting or Believing?

When someone's birthday is coming and when it's obvious to know that one can't really escape aging.. You can't help but sigh. There's an excitement part that stirs you up inside but there's also sadness that tears you apart.

My birthday is almost coming. Well, not that soon but it's gona happen in few weeks time from now on.

For years, fears eluded me with this horrible thought.
"Oh, nooooo I'm getting old! What happens when I grow old? Is it ok to be old? You see, as one ages, he grows weak and sickly. Honestly, I don't like that Lord. "

Panics.

Mmmmmm..
Who wants to grow older than you think possible??

Not me, of course.

Actually, I am like Peter Pan!lolx!

But you see, if you can't avoid aging. Then I thought there must be some ways to enjoy the process. No, not Botox or any surgery ok? Hahah!

I want the Supernatural way!

This morning, as I was so engrossed in that thought,

Lo and behold!

God has given me some answers to ponder and celebrate!

He says,

"But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint."

-Isaiah 40:31 KJV

Halleluyaaaah!

I am one of those who "wait upon the Lord...."

So, I am claiming that!

I will be healthy as I grow!
I shall live well and strong because God says so!

Same thing will happen to my loved ones and to all those who believe too!

Now, isn't this something AWESOME to shout about?

Halleluyaaaaaah!!!

Halleluyaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!!

Halleluyaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaah!!!

:)

Have a blessed Monday everyone!

May God's word make you smile today. :)

But for me. You are very SPECIAL.

That's why I died for you. :)"

Disapppointments...disappointments...disappointments

Disappointments...
Disappointments...
Disappointments.

It's inevitible and while you're still breathing....it will always breathe you. Grabbing and taking hold of you from the neck up. Choking you.

So,
What to do when it happens to you?

Guess what, I have realized
It's always NOT "what you're gona do or what you're trying to do. "

It is "Who is with you. "

I've experienced disappointments lately.
I tried to be very patient about it, you know play smart and thought about creative things so as to get out from that loop real quick.

But to no avail.

It's still happening.
The more you avoid it,
The closer it gets.

For ordinary people, it's normal.

But hey!!!

I am no ordinary person.

I am a child of God!

Amen?

So these "disappointments" are not meant to bring me down everytime it happens.

I got Jesus.

Like i just said, "it's not what you're trying to do. It's WHO is with you..."

Me?

I got Jesus.
And guess what,

I know these disappointments are here and there and everywhere.
But for now, what's happening to me, while feeling this pain just amazes me.

It's just so awesome to know that this emotion is not actually eating up my soul like it used to!

Woooohoooo!

You see,
I know it's just there somewhere floating ready to grab hold of me as its prey!
Instead...
Right at this moment, while blogging this all out, I feel so light, calm and cool.

I feel the peace within.
That PEACE that Jesus' promises in the bible.
You might wana ask me,
Why do I know that PEACE comes from Jesus?

Because He always tells me so..

"Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid."

John 14:27

The way things are. It's a fact,
you can never change things and make it agree to your expectations.
So the way to do it, is

to look within.

Give up.

Talk it out to Jesus and
everything will be alright!

Halleluyaaah!

Yeah. Thats me talkin.

Give it all up to Jesus!

It's lunch time here in Singapore Beloveds!

Have a blessed and great day ahead!

God has the last words

You know as human, I've already used up alot of my resources and strength to almost everything.

But to where?
...down to nothing.

Thinking...planning... Executing plans.

When my Citizenship application had been rejected, thoughts swirled and pop out of nowhere.
I said, I must have Plan B.
Then I started to think of trying it out to another country. Find a new job. New career. New life.
And then fear got me for a little while which made me weary.

For sometime, I was restless.

But then, I realized God had already said NO!

Well, at least
for now.

Because He told me,

"Many are the plans in a man's heart,
but it is the LORD's purpose that prevails."

Proverbs 19:21

Oh no! Ok Lord, I shall wait.
I shall move on, with You as my partner.
Whatever my decisions are, from now You still have the final words.
So I trust you in that ok?
I know you won't leave me and I know You know what's really best for me. So for now no complaints yet. Heheh!

Thank you Jesus because You are my partner in this world.

Good Monday morning everyone!
Have a blessed and prosperous week!

Proclaim The Lord’s Death by Joseph Prince

Have you taken Holy Communion lately?
Used to do it 2x a day and I can say it really made wonders to my health.

Everytime I took it , I felt healthier and younger each day!

See, it's always cool to proclaim the Lord's death by Holy Communion. Will partake it again nextweek and share the prayer with you. So be ready.

In the meantime, may you be blessed and have some revelations in this post. :)

Enjoy Joseph Prince' powerful devotional for today friends!

Halleluyaaah!

Proclaim The Lord’s Death by Joseph Prince

1 Corinthians 11:26
26For as often as you eat this bread and drink this cup, you proclaim the Lord’s death till He comes.

In the Old Testament, whenever the children of Israel sacrificed a lamb for a burnt offering as they faced a strong enemy, victory was theirs. For example, in 1 Samuel 7:7–11, when the Philistines were coming against them, the prophet Samuel offered a lamb as a burnt offering. As it was being offered, the Lord came like a loud thunder on the Philistine army, confusing them. This led to victory for the Israelites.

Every time something bad happened to the children of Israel, by offering a lamb sacrifice, they were proclaiming the Lord’s death, and the battle would turn in their favor.

Today, when we are faced with an enemy, how do we offer our “burnt offering”? How do we proclaim the Lord’s death and come out victorious? Do we ask Jesus to come down to where we are at and die on the cross all over again?

Of course not. Jesus died once for all our sins — past, present and future. (Hebrews 10:12) His work is perfectly perfect and completely complete, so He doesn’t have to die for us again. Today, we proclaim His death simply by partaking of the Lord’s Supper.

Every time you partake of the bread and wine, you declare to the principalities and powers of darkness that the Lord’s death avails for you. Every time you partake, you are saying that because Jesus has been judged and punished in your place, you cannot be judged and punished. Because Jesus died young in your place, you will live long. And because He conquered death and stripped the devil of his powers, you will not be defeated. The victory is already yours!

That is why the psalmist David said, “You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies…” (Psalm 23:5) The Lord’s table is prepared for you in the presence of your enemies because when you partake of the bread and wine, you will see your enemies tremble and scatter! Why? Because when you proclaim the Lord’s death through the Holy Communion, you are reminding the devil and his cohorts of their humiliating defeat at Calvary’s cross! (Colossians 2:15)

Feed Your Faith And Your Doubts Will Starve

You must have faith in God, not faith in your need. Why? Because God does not respond to need but only to His Word. The Word of God is the will of God. In the Word it is clearly revealed that a multitude of blessings are for everyone who believes. So just fix your mind on the Word so you can feed your faith and starve your doubts and receive your needs.
