Your Sins Are Not Being Recorded by Joseph Prince

Don't believe in wrong teachings that God is constantly watching you

and keeping a record of your wrongs!

I say, if someone preaches that to you.

Tell him he's got a pathetic god!

You see, our God, Abba , Father is constantly watching over us

to protect us from the devils,

to bless us.

to support and comfort us in many ways He can.

That is why we have an awesome God!

Good morning Beloveds!

God loves you so. So stick with Him no matter what ok?

Be blessed in today's devotional from Joseph Prince.

You will love this!

Your Sins Are Not Being Recorded by Joseph Prince

Hebrews 8:12
12For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more.”

I once read a comic book which showed how a man lusted after a woman, then died of a heart attack and went to heaven. In heaven, he saw a big screen showing everyone present a recording of all the sins which he had committed while on earth, including the last one. How embarrassing!

Don’t worry, that is not going to happen to you in heaven. There is no big screen with front-row and circle seats for everyone to sit and watch your past sins. There is no video recorder in heaven recording your sins right now. Because your lifetime of sins has already been punished in the body of Jesus, God declares to you, “Your sins and lawless deeds, I will by no means ever remember!”

This is true even for the Old Testament heroes of faith such as Abraham, Moses and David. If you read Hebrews 11, which was written after the cross of Jesus, you will notice that there is no record of their sins or failures. Yet, their life stories tell us that they were far from perfect.

Abraham lied twice about his wife Sarah. He told Pharaoh, and later, King Abimelech, that she was his sister to protect his own life. Moses killed an Egyptian who was beating a Hebrew, and hid the body in the sand. David committed adultery with Bathsheba and later arranged for her husband to be killed in battle. Yet, their sins were not recorded in Hebrews 11, only their deeds done in faith!

God is showing you that He does not record your sins or failures today. Instead, He records your faith confessions and deeds done in response to what His Son has done for you. Every time you sin, every time you waver in your faith, God does not record it. But every time you believe Him and respond in faith, He records it! That should not make you want to sin more. It should free you to love God more!

So don’t be conscious of your failures. If God Himself does not remember them, who are you to remember them? Be conscious instead of your righteousness in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21), a

Jesus Changes Me

If it's easy for anyone to send negative vibes, or curse...

Then it's also easy for someone to bless anyone.

Got my point?

You have a choice..you always have a choice.

It's either you choose to spread the good vibes or spread the bad vibes.

Me? Used to be a bearer of both. Cuz I always depended on my feelings and from
what I always see from the others.

But as time goes by, I can say , I am now matured spiritually.

Jesus has totally changed me ...from mindset , to my random thoughts. to evaluating and going through with my feelings.

Jesus had me. And it's awesome how He keeps changing me everyday.

I know He is doing this on me ALL for His glory!

Thank You Jesus.

If there's anything in your mind and heart that you feel not comfortable with,

Just ask Jesus to take it out...and He will be glad to do that for you.

Because you are His child and you are precious to Him and He wants you to become a blessing to someone too.

Just try talking it out to Him.

He loves it.

Do it now.:)

Jesus Is Interested In Your Success by Joseph Prince

Let the Lord be magnified, who has pleasure in the prosperity of His servant.
Psalm 35:27
Jesus Is Interested In Your Success by Joseph Prince
Jesus delights in blessing you. It is His good pleasure to see you blessed in every area of your life. Now, don’t put a limit on His blessings in your life. The blessings of the Lord are not (as some may erroneously believe) just seen in material things. Jesus is infinitely interested in your total well-being. He is interested in your family, career, fulfillment in life, marriage, ministry, and boy, does the list go on!

When it comes to your desires, hopes and dreams, there is no detail that is too minuscule, minute or insignificant for Jesus. Trust me, if it matters to you, it matters to Him! Even if you go to Him in prayer to remove that small pimple on your nose, He is not going to look at you and reply mockingly, “Hey buddy, don’t you know that I’ve got a whole universe to run? Come to Me when you have a bigger prayer request.”

No way! A thousand times no! Jesus will never ridicule or deride your concerns as petty. He is never dismissive or condescending. If it bothers you, it “bothers” Him, and He wants to fix it because He is interested in your success and total well-being!

Jesus Is My Place of Rest

I got lost so many times.

I thought I was already in the right place. But depression , emptiness , sadness still eluded me deep inside.

My soul was longing for more.

Something infinite.

Something real.

Something divine.

Then , I realised God has been so good to me. Everytime He saw me in that state , He kept pulling me back to Him.

And I was left astounded.

Because, the place that He kept showing as to where I should be,
is just right where my heart was.

The presence...

Who's presence?

It's Jesus.

Jesus is my infinite space. My divine purpose. My joy. And my peace.

Now, questions have been answered.

Depression and sadness are gone like the wind.

It's amazing!

Jesus has led me to Psalm 23...

His complete rest.

Wow!

Saving You Is Jesus’ Job Description by Joseph Prince

And she will bring forth a Son, and you shall call His name Jesus, for He will save His people from their sins.
Matthew 1:21

Saving You Is Jesus’ Job Description by Joseph Prince

The name “Jesus” is Yeshua in Hebrew, which means “salvation”. That’s why Jesus is known as our Savior. What a beautiful name!

Every time you call on the name of Jesus, the name that is above every other name, you are calling on Jesus (who is God Himself) to save you. Saving you is Jesus’ job description! Whatever the challenge or circumstance, whatever the crisis you are in—physical, financial or emotional—you can call on the name of Jesus and Almighty God Himself will save you!

What is David Beckham famous for? Soccer! (He’s also famous for product endorsements!) What is Jesus famous for? Saving you!

Beloved, what do you need saving from today? See Him in your situation, rescuing, protecting and providing for you!

Develop Godly Habits by Joseph Prince

Seven times a day I praise You, because of Your righteous judgments.
Psalm 119:164

Develop Godly Habits by Joseph Prince

It was David’s habit to praise God seven times a day. It was Daniel’s habit since his youth to pray three times a day to God. It was Jesus’ habit to go to the synagogue every Sabbath to read the Word. And it was the early church’s habit to meet together often and break bread.

My friend, whether it’s meditating on the Word, praying or praising God, I encourage you to cultivate such godly habits. Not only are they ways through which you’ll enjoy God’s presence, but they’ll also equip you for every fight of life. They’ll sustain and deliver you in times of trouble.

Just look at Daniel. When a new law forbade him to pray, he didn’t panic or become confused, but as was his custom, continued to pray to God. Later, up close and personal with a bunch of hungry lions, this habit made Daniel so conscious of God’s presence in the den that the lions couldn’t touch him! It made him so steady that the king was moved to haul Daniel up and throw in his enemies to the lions instead.

Beloved, let godly habits deepen your relationship with Jesus—and overcome every challenge with a strong consciousness of His presence and love!
