It's stressful to please everyone that you like. You will end up disappointed and frustrated.
Been there than done that.
Now, I simply don't care of what others might think of me. I may lose or still keep them but really, I don't hold their decisions in wanting or needing me.
Today, I just live my life naturally.
I let Jesus' love and grace transforms me inside and out.
Cuz I really don't want to be hypocrite.
As long as you don't hurt or stressed anyone out. Go ahead. Do your own thing.
In time, they will come to appreciate it.
Blessed Monday everyone!
Without faith no one can please God. Anyone who comes to God must believe that he is real and that he rewards those who truly want to find him.
—Hebrews 11:6 (ICB)
Don’t be a people-pleaser. People-pleasers let their lives be ruled by what other people think. I have to wear these clothes so they’ll hang out with me. I can’t sit with those kids—everyone will think I’m a loser. I don’t want to try that stuff, but if I don’t, I won’t fit in.
You can end up in scary or even dangerous situations trying to please others. Other people aren’t perfect. They don’t have perfect judgment, and they don’t always want what is best for you. Besides, you can’t really know what they truly think of you. So being a people-pleaser is foolish.
Live to please Me instead. Only I am perfect and only I care about you perfectly. Don’t look at yourself through the eyes of other people, or treat their opinions as being more important than Mine. See yourself through My eyes—and you will see a child of God who is deeply and perfectly loved.

Happiness vs Joy
I used to think we humans should always chase "Happiness".
I get lots of advices or words saying,"if you are happy with your decision then go for it. "
"If you are happy about this and that, it should be okay. "
But then I realized, "happiness" is just temporary.
One must not spend all his lifetime chasing for it.
"Joy" on the other hand is eternal. It's what makes you tick in the midst of your circumstance.
Happiness is indeed, temporary. Joy in Jesus is forever.
This devotional from Sarah Young says it all.
Please take time to read and meditate on it.
You will know what I'm talking about.
Honor and majesty surround him; strength and joy fill his dwelling.
—1 Chronicles 16:27 (NLT)
Happiness and Joy are not the same thing.
Happiness depends on this world, on what is going on around you. Happiness is when you ace the test, or make the winning shot, or you’re headed for a vacation at the beach with your best friend. It depends on everything being just right. Happiness is wonderful, but it lasts only a little while.
But Joy—true Joy—is something entirely different. Joy doesn’t depend on this world, or whether you’re having a good day; it depends on Me. Joy is knowing that I am in control, that I love you and will take care of you—even when you flunk the test, or make the last out, or your family can’t afford a vacation. Stay close to Me, and I’ll give you My Joy in every situation.
I May make my Plans but still Jesus has the Last Word part 2
You know, we always have our own plan.
We pray for it to come true.
If God says yes. We are happy. And then we move on to satisfy our wants or needs again.
It goes on and on as long as we are breathing.
Just like my own experience,
I have been so blessed God is granting most of my wishes and dreams.
I remember 9 years ago when I was badly stuck in the Philippines and wanted a new career to reach my dreams. I asked Him to take me to a country where it's safe and would have an impact on my life. Then surprisingly, He sent me here in Singapore. Inspite of my not so good academic achievements or records, was able to have a Permanent Resident here and currently, working (still) with good bosses and colleagues. Most importantly, it is here that I have to know the real Jesus.Truly a favour. His grace working in my life.
Forward to this day,
Of course, I got another plan that's been juggling on my mind.
I want to establish my own business now, it could be here or in the Philippines. Take my mom with me so we can be together here in Singapore hopefully by next year (2016).
Major plans , I can say.
With my business on mind, I have already talked it out to Jesus. And I think He has been talking to me about it. Leading me to work on it in my own phase.
You see, things have changed.
Now, I just don't want a business that's profitable. Every entrepreneur wants that.
This time, I want a business that will have an impact on one's life ...profitable and life-changing one step at a time. Cuz you see, this world is getting busier each day. Everyone just want to make money, money , money and would fight to getout
Of the rat race.
Me?

Always Talk To Jesus
I am so blessed to receive all these amazing Jesus daily devotional almost everyday from my dear friends.
That's why I always make it a habit to make time and update or share it here in my blog so in my little ways, I'd be able to bless others too.
Read on...
Every day we are forced to make decisions. From the moment we open our eyes in the morning our decision making process starts; Should I get out of bed, or hit the snooze button for 10 more minutes of sleep? Do I wear the red shirt or the blue? Have breakfast or skip it? Or course there are more serious decisions that we make as well and with every choice we make, we must keep in mind that for every ‘action’ there is a ‘reaction.’ If we make wrong choices, we will suffer the consequences. Just one decision can alter the course of our lives - and that’s why it’s important to ask God to be part of all the decisions we make! With God in charge, we never have to worry about; “Am I doing the right thing?” We can move forward with confidence knowing that God is leading and guiding each step of the way! Talk to Him about the little things AND the big things! Whether it is as small as what to eat for dinner, or as critical as changing a career path - God wants us to lean on Him fully and completely! When you are in the valley of decision and don’t know where to turn, go to Jesus first! He is a great listener and He is truly interested in all you have to say!
In Psalm 16:2 we’re told, “I say to God, ‘Be my Lord!’ Without You, nothing makes sense.”
Text: Proverbs 16:9, Psalm 25:8, Haggai 1:5, Proverbs 8:10-11
