God as Your Advisor

In this life, in our Christian journey,

we still worry, make mistakes and fail.

But you see, it is not our failures or bad decision that matters in life.

It's how bold we go to God and ask Him to restore us every time
we are caught up in a negative situation,

In this way, you can move on freely, no stress and be confident
because you know that God is always with you and not against you.

Sharing another beautiful devotional I received from
a friend in Philippines.

The power of Social Media joins the #GraceRevolution around the world!

Remember, it is sin to know what you ought to do and then not do it. (NLT) ( James 4:17 )

There are many tough decisions that we make everyday. A lot of times we simply weigh the pros and cons. However, the problem with that approach is the beneficiary is you. Shifting your thinking away from "how can I benefit?" will allow you to invite God into the choices you make. Remember, a good decision today that benefits others but cost you something will bring peace to you now with long-term benefits.

Good morning!

A Priesthood Of Blessings By Joseph Prince

Ameeen to this!

You gotta keep believing because

of Jesus one time sacrifice for all and forever ,

Blessings pouring down on you.

Do not judge your future with your current circumstances.

Do not focus on it.

Just focus on Jesus and see your world and situation changes from
negative to positive.

Halleluyaaah!

As He also says in another place: “You are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.”
Hebrews 5:6

A Priesthood Of Blessings
By Joseph Prince

God said this about Jesus after He rose from the dead: “You are a priest forever according to the order of Melchizedek.” Notice that the priesthood of Jesus isn’t according to the order of Aaron, but Melchizedek. The old Aaronic priesthood of Israel was under the law. And because it was under the law, it meant that you got blessed only when you obeyed God’s laws. If you disobeyed God’s laws, then curses would come upon you.

In contrast, the Melchizedek priesthood of Jesus doesn’t dispense both blessings and curses. It only dispenses blessings. When Melchizedek first appeared to Abraham in the book of Genesis, only blessings proceeded from his mouth: “Blessed be Abram of God Most High, possessor of heaven and earth; and blessed be God Most High, who has delivered your enemies into your hand” (Genesis 14:19–20). There were no curses.

My friend, because of Jesus’ finished work, you’re no longer under the old priesthood where curses were part of the deal. Today, you’re under the new and “forever” priesthood of your High Priest, Jesus. I encourage you to meditate on how, under this priesthood, there are only blessings and success promises—no curses—for you, forever! Jesus has perfectly made you righteous, and blessings only crown the head of the righteous (Proverbs 10:6)!

If You Have Financial Problem Read This

Lately, I love dwelling and be reminded of our Lord's promise of
provision.
You see in this world, there will be bad economies, job lay offs here and there career problem.
But know that these are just temporary.
You may suffer from a financial problem now, but always believe that God is our provider. He provides 24/7. Miraculously.
Just keep saying and meditating
on this truth.

God is your Abba, Father.
He has sacrificed His only son Jesus to give you everything,
know for sure that, He won't deprive you of any financial lack.

Today, on a Monday morning.
Let's start the day afresh.

Let's say #Psalm23 together.

Psalm 23

The Lord is my shepherd, I lack nothing.

He makes me lie down in green pastures,

He leads me beside quiet waters,

He refreshes my soul.

He guides me along the right paths
for His name’s sake.

Even though I walk
through the darkest valley,

I will fear no evil,
for you are with me;
your rod and your staff,
they comfort me.

You prepare a table before me
in the presence of my enemies.

You anoint my head with oil;
my cup overflows.

Surely your goodness and love will follow me
all the days of my life,
and I will dwell in the house of the Lord
forever.

To All The Young Ones Outhere

I have been here in Singapore for more than 8years.
I never thought this could be my destiny in here.
You know sharing all these with you so you can be blessed too.:)

Good morning Beloveds!

For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith—and this not from yourselves, it is the gift of God— not by works, so that no one can boast.
—Ephesians 2:8–9

There are so many things you get graded on. There are report cards for school and points for sports. There are scores for talent shows and beauty contests. And in a few years, you’ll even be tested on your driving. Almost everywhere you go, you are graded on how well you perform.

But I don’t keep score. Not ever. And I don’t grade you on your performance. There is no heavenly grade book that says: Prayer Time—B, Kindness—A-, Patience—C+.

So change your focus from your performance to My loving Presence. The Light of My Love shines on you always—no matter how well you’re doing or how you feel. You don’t need to worry about making the grade. Because you are My child, it’s A+ all the way!

For once, Let's talk about money

For once, Let's talk about money

"Money" ...it's not wrong to have it and even lots of it.
But it's wrong if you become a slave of it.

We all need money to keep us moving in this world.
Everyday we transact with money.
If course, I also need money.
I am still working 9-5. ( Thank God for jobs)

I beleve , God wants to prosper you and everyone of us while in this world so we will become a blessing to those in need.
(Read Psalm23)

But does God wants you to have lots of money?
Well, I know for sure He does. Because He is an abundant God
and He surely wants to take good care of you well.
BUT GOD doesn't want you to be a slave of money.
You see, there are alot of famous personalities , celebrities , politicians that are having lots and lots of money and yet they are never contented at all and end up doing something stupid. Some politicians even steal more to have more.
Ordinary people work hard just to make both ends meet only to end up sick and die.
Some even if they have enough still end up frustrated, depressed and sad.
(Been there done that!)

Some people have become a slave of money.
They think that's all that they ever need in this life.

So some rich and famous that are lost have turned to drugs, break a relationship, rely on sleeping pills because simply, they have the money. They can afford it and just spend it away.

While some discreet millionaires that are guided by God's wisdom or simply with a good heart( cuz some are not believers) and are not enslaved with "money"are outhere helping the sick and making a difference in this world.
Can you see the difference?

You see, I don't know your current financial situation now.

If you are struggling to make both ends meet, I say, don't give up and don't get frustrated. Pray as you struggle. Talk to God for wisdom on your situation. He will never leave you nor forsake you because He is on your side. If God is on your side, no weapons formed against you shall prosper.
No financial lack or sickness shall prosper. With God on your side,
YOU WILL PROSPER!
Thank Him that you are still alive and healthy at this moment.
Blessing does not only means having money. It all means alot of good stuff like having a good health, good relationships and friends.

If you however, is enjoying that financial breakthrough.
Maybe it's time to bless someone or do somethinh fulfilling around.
Like volunteering to donate blood, take care of an elderly or rescuing pets.
Slowly, if your heart tells you to do it , just follow. And keep talking to Jesus about it.
There will be rough roads along the way but as long as you declare Jesus is your strength and wisdom, you will make it.

That's all for now.
Guess I have talked alot.

How To Treat Bad Habits and Madness

If you are a bad-tempered, impatient person like me..
This one's for you.
I have read it and woow!
I feel I've just been washed
with fresh and healing water.

Our human nature is indeed frustrating, but thank God,
Jesus is in us , our divine treasure
to fix all that.

Be blessed!

Christ Is The Treasure In You by Joseph Prince

2 Corinthians 4:7
7But we have this treasure in earthen vessels, that the excellence of the power may be of God and not of us.

The verse tells us that we have “this treasure” in earthen vessels. Who is the treasure? Christ! Who are the earthen vessels here? You and I! Thank God the treasure is in the earthen vessels.

My friend, Christ the treasure is in you. So don’t get frustrated when you see your “earthiness”. You will always be “earthen” as long as you are in your mortal body, but remember that Christ the treasure is in you.

Should you lose your cool with your spouse or children, remember that Christ in you is your patience. When I feel impatient, I don’t pray, “Lord Jesus, give me patience... now!” No, I look to Jesus and I say, “Lord Jesus, I thank You that You are my patience.”

In my younger days and even when I first got married, I had a bad temper. I tried all sorts of anger management techniques, but I never got very far until I told God, “God, I am so frustrated trying to overcome my anger. I give up! I cannot. You can. I rest and depend on You.” Not too long after that, my wife commented, “You know, you have improved in the area of your temper.”

I thought about what she had said and realized that I was not even conscious of the change in me. When family members can see the patience of Christ manifesting through a naturally impatient person, God gets the glory.

Perhaps you are frustrated with your smoking and drinking habits. Or maybe you are discouraged by your feelings of jealousy, distrust, bitterness, depression and defeat. Don’t condemn yourself for being earthen. Don’t try to “cast out” your earthiness. Just realize that you have Christ the treasure in you.

The more you see that treasure in you, the more Christ’s brilliance shines forth in you. And in the midst of your earthiness, God gets the glory as you yourself are transformed from glory to glory! (2 Corinthians 3:18)

Because only Jesus is perfect

I lost my cool again today.
(No, it's not an everyday thing )
It's just a moment to remind me that I am not perfect no matter how much I try to be perfect.
To be pleasing to everyone.
To my colleagues or to my partner...is tough.

It may work to some but to others,
Nyah!

You know this experience has given me a deep realization and made me thank our awesome God more.

He knows that none of us can be perfect and follow the 10 Commandments, so once and for all, He decided to let His only son Jesus, to die for us at the cross.

God wants us so much to be reunited with Him that He did that.

How awesome is that truth!

That's how special you and I to Him.

Makes me wanna cry and wants to go run boldly to Him and hug Him.

Imagine if He just let us work on our salvation? The heaven would be empty.

But thank God He knows us well.
Our weaknesses, strengths , failures. He saw it in us, that's He let Jesus' sacrifice at the calvary be our covering. So now, He sees us perfect because of JESUS!

You know, if you make mistakes, fail or think that you have disappointed or annoyed someone , just say,
"I am the righteousness of God through Jesus." And let this truth change you from the inside out.

I am still work in progress. Yes.
It will really take a long time I know for me to be at least pleasing to anyone and walk in Jesus' ways. But don't let that stress you out. Everyday is a struggle enough.
Instead, thank Him for Jesus.

Every mistake you make,
remember Jesus ...He loves you unconditionally.

Off to our service now at New Creation Singapore.

Blessed Sunday everyone!
