Rest

It feels good to feed our soul just before dozing off.

Should do this often.

Rest

Then Jesus said, “Come to me, all of you who are weary and carry heavy burdens, and I will give you rest.”
—Matthew 11:28 (NLT)

When you’re so tired you can hardly stand, doesn’t it feel wonderful when you finally get to sink into your own bed? Your body relaxes; your breathing slows; your bones just seem to melt into the mattress. And you rest.

Just as your body gets tired, so does your spirit. Trying to do the right thing can really wear you out sometimes, especially if everyone around you is doing what’s wrong. Sometimes you just need a break.

Come to Me. Lift up your hands in prayer to Me. Lie back and rest in My Presence. Take a deep breath of My Peace. I will refresh you and give you the strength to keep going.

Don't Let Bullies Distract You

Don't let bullies decide who and what you are.
You are God's beloved.
Proof?

Look at Jesus.

God gave up His only son Jesus
so you can be reunited with Him
guilt-free.

So, if you are one of those trying to fit in a crowd or group of friends.

Think again. You don't really need to do that because Jesus, the King of kings, Lord of lords is with you!

Sharing this beautiful devotional from Jesus Calling For Kids.

May you be blessed!

No More Comparisons

May the Lord watch over you and give you peace.
—Numbers 6:26 (ICB)

I know that sometimes you doubt yourself. You worry what people think about you. You are afraid that you’re not good enough. You think no one cares.

I want you to bring those fears and doubts to Me and let Me give you peace. Accept yourself as the person I created you to be. Don’t wear yourself out comparing yourself to others. Instead, be thankful for how I made you, and trust Me as I guide you through this day.

As you learn to live with Me as the Center of your life, My Peace will fill you up. You will stop worrying about how you look and what other people think of you, because you will be too busy living the life I have planned for you.

Feed Your Soul Everyday

Our body needs food more than 3x a day..

But what about our soul?

Our mind and soul gets attack by negative events, news, circumstance every now and then,
So, it's just right to feed it with the right food. Don't try to think positive ... It only works temporarily. Try to feed it with God's word. It's effortless and healthier that way.

Just wanna share, whenever I feel my soul needs feeding,
This helps in brightening up my day.

And oh , by the way.
I have tons of Jesus, God quotes collection and I have put up a blog especially for it.

it's in www.JesusDailyQuotes.com

Do drop by if you have time.
I am 100% sure you will be blessed by it.

🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏

Always Remember, You Are God's Beloved

Jesus is right when He said in the Bible that...

"Here on earth you will have many trials and sorrows. But take heart ... In the world you will have tribulation. But take heart; I am writing to you, young men, because you have overcome the evil one."

John 16:32

Everyday,
I am trying to learn on how to love some humans who are unlovable.
Like those who abuse people, animals and /or just plain sick to their mind.

This world will never be perfect because we are in a fallen world.

Guess, all we have to do is to pray always and be thankful for God's mercy and promises of divine protection on us His children.
I always believe, amazing things happen to those who believe they are God's beloved.
So think right with God.

And be all the way positive!

Jesus has got your back!

You are More than Your stress

When you feel like there are not enough hours in the day, expectations are too high, it’s impossible to get everything done you need to do and your life is spinning out of control - stop and ask yourself, “When was the last time I prayed? When was the last time I studied my Bible?” and “When was the last time I truly felt close to God?” Quite often when you are stressed out and your anxiety level has reached it’s limit - it’s because you have neglected your quiet time with God. Somehow the pressures of life and demands of others, placed you on overload and instead of making Jesus “first” in your life, He was relegated to the back burner. Whenever you neglect God - your life will spiral downward. You can’t possibly be happy because Jesus IS the Joy of Living! Yet, too often, when feeling burned out, and over-stressed, you reach for your smartphone to check Twitter, Facebook and Instagram - which leaves you feeling even more anxious. Instead of going for social media - go to God’s Word! Stop running on empty, and read his comforting words of love and allow the Holy Spirit to speak to your heart. Then, drop to your knees and ask for an extra measure of God’s peace, the greatest stress reliever of all! Text: Proverbs 16:3, Isaiah 26:3, Psalm 55:22

So how to prevent from falling into the devil's trap?

Simple !

Just keep feeding your soul with this kind of preaching.

And embrace how awesome our God is when He gave up His only Son, Jesus for you and I.

He has redeemed us from eternal hell and death.

Isn't that something to shout about?

If frustrations scream inside your head.

Double, triple the scream by claiming:

Jesus is Lord!
He will never leave me or forsake me!

Read Psalm 91 Everyday

If you have time,
You can browse in my blog posts or threads about Psalm 91.

You will find that I just advice you to say it if you have time (everyday would be good).

With the recent terrorism, psychos, depression, tragedies everywhere ,
it's just normal that fear sets in our hearts. That is what the devil loves to do, scare us all.

I am guilty of that too,
sometimes when I forget that I have an awesome God who's not gonna leave me nor forsake me,
I get terrified, just like Peter when he was walking on water with Jesus. Peter has stopped looking at Jesus and looked around his surroundings. When he did that, he almost drowned!

It happened to me several times.
In this world, sometimes you feel like you are all alone and you have no one to protect you.

Yesterday, there were bomb explosions in Indonesia. I am sorry to hear all these. And may the victims rest in peace.

These horrific situations that you have no control of, except to pray for safety.

But it's good thing as I always get poked by the Spirit.
Telling me, to look and read Psalm 91.

"Where to get refuge or safety from all these?"

My answer to you is through...
Psalm91.
This is such a beautiful verse.
In here , I can feel all God's promises of divine protection.

Read it for yourself.
And imagine, this has been written ages ago!
God knows what's really gonna happen on this earth right up to this date.

I say, WOW!!
Bible power again!

His promises of divine protection,
He wrote in the Bible for us to claim.

Isn't He amazing??

Now , let me say to you,
PRAY PSALM 91 DAILY.

For yourself and for your loveds ones.

Because anything in this mad-fallen world could happen.

But since you are a child of God and you believe in Jesus as your savior, you are entitled to this promises.

You are blessed.

You are blessed to get to read this blog post today.
