You Have a Powerful God

I am so blessed to be receiving this
devotional everyday.
When you fill yoyr thoughts with this kind of devotionals or inspirations,
your faith in God will grow and
you will have the courage to face day with excitement.
Knowing that God is with you all the way, everyday there's is NO NEED TO FEAR at all!
Just stay with Him because you have an awesome , abundant God
who loves you and will never leave you.
Halleluyaaah!!

Christians often put limits on what God can do.
Instead of giving God full control, and trusting Him to provide for their every need, they start doubting God’s power, forgetting that “with God, all things are possible. “

It’s important to remember that it’s never about what you can do - but rather what God can do through you!

For instance, if you feel God calling you to teach in a children’s department at church- don’t start thinking of a million reasons why you should say “No,” such as: “I can’t do that, I don’t even like kids, I hate being up front,” or “I’m too scared.”

Instead your response should be, “I’ll pray about it.” Then if you feel impressed by the Holy Spirit to take the position - go forward with confidence knowing that Jesus will be with you every step of the way - giving you everything you need to accomplish His task - you have nothing to fear!

This is true in every situation - God will never call you to do a task for Him and then leave you in the lurch!

He is trustworthy and loves you more than you could possibly know!

Search your heart and think about what is getting in the way of a full commitment to Jesus!

Then pray and ask God to create within you a clean heart and fill you to overflowing with His Holy Spirit. Stop putting limits on what God can do - and make that giant step of faith - in whatever direction God leads.

Stay With Me - Jesus

Stay with Me

For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.
—Ephesians 2:10 (NLT)

Spend some more time with Me. I know today is a busy day and you have much to do, but stay with Me for a few more minutes. I want to enjoy your company. I also want to prepare you for this day.

Great athletes take time to think carefully about what is ahead— going through it in their minds before they move their bodies. In the same way, sitting quietly in My Presence prepares you for the day ahead—for the good things I planned for you.

Only I know what will happen today. If you don’t let Me prepare you, you may get tired and feel like giving up. Rest a moment with Me—and then we’ll have a great day together.

Love,
Jesus

Come As You Are

I remember more than 8 years ago

when I was so down and out , a

Christian friend invited me to join

their group.

Desperate as I was, I accepted his

invitation.

There were praising, Amens and Halleluyahs.

Some are even speaking in tongues.

It felt good although I found it a bit weird that time.

I told myself,"well, this is something new. I might love this."

So, the service lasted for more than 2 hours.

I witnessed members giving out testimonies almost most of them were crying, begging for God through prayers.

I just sit in there and observed.

Two, three days passed.

That Christian friend asked me again to join them. He told me since, you have accepted Jesus in your life now, you must attend our Bible study. And some activities.

I wasn't into that time. So I politely just said "No, sorry I can't".

Then I talked to Jesus,
"Jesus, right now , I am not ready for any responsibility for you yet as you know I am quite busy with alot of stuff like making a living. Feed my family, etc. Sorry, maybe next time."

So I left the congregation feeling so free!

Have you been in this situation in your life?

You see, true Christianity is not accepting Jesus and follow all the rules.

True Christianity is to come to Jesus as you are and let Him change you inside and out.

I was so glad I got out from that congration and now I am happy of where God has led me...to His truth.

That Christianity is not relying on your effort to be perfect. To do this and do that. Honestly, I hate rules!

Christianity is relying on Jesus' perfect sacrifice because as Jesus is, and so are you in this world!

If you are struggling now as a Christian. I know, life itself can bring you down already. How much more of some of these teachings or preachings outhere that's making your life heavier and even stressful?

You don't come to Jesus to be stressed. You come to Jesus to rest.

Jesus said,
" come to me and I will give you rest. "

Embrace that truth.
Jesus is our rest.

So don't ever let someone stress you out of some rules.

In Jesus' there are NO RULES!

Your only task is to receive and thank Him for His love for you.

Pure blessing. Pure grace.

Yes!

Christianity is a gift.

Don't let anything stress you out.

Just come to Jesus as you are ,

stand still and experience His

unmerited favour in your life.

Blessed in more ways than one

I am thankful and so blessed God has lead me back to His true word.

Thank you Pastor Joseph Prince for teaching and leading me back to Jesus.

The truth that I know now has really set me free.

I am no longer in bondage.

Stressed of the way I am. Of who and what I am now. Because true Christianity is not about me, about my failures or mistakes.

It's about Jesus, who died for me at the Calvary to cleanse me everyday and forever!

Halleluyaaaah !

Be blessed everyone!

Romans 5:1
1Therefore, having been justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ,

We are not trying to get peace with God. We already have peace with God, having been justified by faith through our Lord Jesus Christ. This peace with God brings us the peace of God, which guards our hearts and minds. (Philippians 4:7) Then, the peace of God inside us will also translate into the peace of God outside us — in all our outward circumstances.

Firstly, we will find that what would normally cause us much care and anxiety will no longer be the case. Secondly, not only will everything turn out well, but we will also be blessed in more ways than one. This is what happens when Jesus, the Prince of Peace, is our peace.

A church member, though stricken with cancer, enjoyed the peace of God, knowing that He was her healer. She later received confirmation from two different doctors that she had been completely healed of cancer. In addition to receiving her blessing of complete healing, she also received from her insurance company a critical illness claim of S$50,000!

Another church member, upon hearing news of her retrenchment, committed the matter to God, believing that He would work all things out for her, especially her loss of a regular income. Shortly after, she received her retrenchment package — a substantial five-figure sum. And within days of her retrenchment, she received calls from her contacts in the industry, offering her jobs, two of which were jobs in well-known multinational corporations (MNCs).

At that time, she had not yet started looking for a job, so the calls were unexpected but welcomed. She finally opted to work for one of the MNCs — a dream come true for her — at a salary that was 30 per cent more than her previous one! When she simply prayed, “Abba Father, I trust You to look after me,” and rested in His love and peace, she was abundantly blessed.

Beloved, because Jesus is your peace, you are blessed in more ways than one. Your soul will prosper. Your health will prosper. Your finances will prosper. Your loved ones will be taken care of. Your relationships will flourish. You will enjoy the favor of God. All because you have the Prince of Peace!

How To Stop Fear From Ruining Your Sleep

I have a revelation that I want to share with you.
This morning , I woke up suddenly at 3am.
I don't know why.
Some strange thoughts of fears popped out of nowhere.
Maybe it's a mix-emotion of the stray family dog that we are trying to rescue. Or my furbaby's sudden diarrhea.
(Deep sigh)
Yes. Feeling like this could get or knock you off. Telling you that you are alone and helpless.
That tactic is from the devil.
He wants to remind you always
that you are helpless while injecting fears and worries on your mind.

How to stop this from happening again? (Well, it's not 100% that it's not gonna happen again. The devil is a persistent loser hah!)

What I did was simple.

I took a deep breathe and think of my Jesus.

And repeatedly said this,
"Praise the Lord!
Praise the Lord!
Praise the Lord!
Praise the Lord!
Praise the Lord!"

... until my fears faded away and was able to sleep soundly.

Wow! That's the power of Praising Jesus !!!

Halleluyaaaah!

If this will happen to you,
Try what I did.
Know that Jesus is for you and not against you. So NOTHING like fears or worries could stress you or defeat you.

Keep walking and talking with Jesus!

He loves your company!

You have shown me the path to life, and you make me glad by being near to me. Sitting at your right side, I will always be joyful.

As you decide to come close to Me, the Light of My Presence shines brightly upon you. Do you feel it? It’s that warm feeling when you know you’ve done something that makes Me smile. Do Not Worry - Jesus

Did you know that worry can cause stress and stress when unmonitored can eventually become the root cause of all sickness?
That is why our awesome Lord Jesus keeps reminding us through the Bible NOT TO WORRY. It's even mentioned in the Bible for 365 days enough to remind you all throughout the year.
You see, everyone of us has our own troubles. I also have my own problems but somehow Jesus has taught me not to get scared or overwhelmed by it. You might tell me, "Hey, you don't know what I'm going through right now that's why it's easy for you to say not to worry. I say, " hey, I am not the one who's telling you not to worry. It's Jesus! " hearing this, it's all up to you now which word to listen. Whether you listen to your own thoughts? Or you listen to Jesus. "

Sharing today's devotional from Joseph Prince.
May it open up your mind and soul .
Stop worrying and keep trusting Jesus. He will never let you down!

Be blessed. ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️

Let Not Your Heart Be Troubled

John 14:27
27Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you... Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.

The night before Jesus died, He gave His peace to His disciples — “Peace I leave with you, My peace I give to you...” This peace was not just for His disciples, but also for us today. We have His peace.

The moment you believe in Jesus Christ, He who is the Prince of Peace comes to live inside you. And when the Prince of Peace resides in you, every blessing that you will ever need pertaining to your soundness and wholeness is already inside you.

“Pastor Prince, if this is true, then why do I still see problems in my health, finances, family and relationships?”

The answer is a troubled heart. That is why after Jesus said, “Peace I leave with you,” He said, “Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

A troubled and fearful heart works like fingers that clamp down hard on a water hose. The supply of water is flowing from the tap, but little or nothing is coming out at the other end of the hose. God’s ever-present supply of blessings toward you is like the water flowing freely from the tap. But you don’t see the blessings when you allow your heart to be gripped by worry or fear.

So when fearful, anxious thoughts come, remind yourself of Jesus’ words: “Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.” Even when things appear to get worse, say, “Lord, I refuse to worry about this. In the midst of all this, I see the finished work of Christ. He said, ‘It is finished!’ So my child’s healing is accomplished. My marriage is blessed. My debts are cleared. I will let not my heart be troubled by these things.”

Beloved, I cannot “let not” for you. Your family and friends cannot “let not” for you. Only you can “let not your heart be troubled”. So guard your heart from being troubled. You don’t have to guard your career, reputation, children or even health. When you guard your heart, God will guard everything else for you!
